The Plumbing Joint has been my go-to for 40 years at two different home locations. This time it was a leak in the water main which was bubbling up to the surface. My neighbors and I had dug down the 5 feet to the leaking water line, so only the repair was needed. Ashley, who received my call, was very helpful and positive. She promised that as soon as someone was available they would head my way. Cason arrived within about an hour! He analyze the situation and got to work, avoiding the electrical line, cable and fiber optic lines, and completing it in a reasonable time frame. It was raining, so the soil was saturated, mucky and slippery, but Cason maintained a positive and friendly attitude throughout. The Plumbing Joint is quickly responsive and thorough. I will continue to use and recommend them!

Excellent service. Easy to make an appointment online. Got text right away with confirmation. The tech Urbano called to say he was ahead of schedule -could he come early (about 1 hr).Urbano was personable and efficient. Highly recommend!
