I have used this company for my plumbing needs for years and I am always a satisfied customer. Dakota, my plumber, came to my house prepared, knowledgeable, professional and personable. He quickly went to work and fixed the water draining problem I had. The price is always reasonable and I never had a bad experience from this company. The Plumbing Joint came out the day I called them. I had a leak in my garage ceiling. The cause was discovered quickly and fixed effectively. I was very impressed with the service, and will call them if I need help again. I highly recommend The Plumbing Joint.

The plumbers were efficient and effective. They explained everything as they went and offered suggestions to keep our new hot water heater working for as long as possible.

The record low temperatures caused a couple pipes to freeze. I was able to make an appointment for Monday Morning! Arron showed up on time, crawled under the house, confirmed there was no damage from the freeze and added some insulation. That same weekend an electric outlet blew - which upon inspection was due to a different drain that sprang a leak with the freezing weather - So I called The Plumbing Joint and they were able to send Arron out a couple of days later to figure out where that leak was coming from. He was very thorough, even going up in the attic to ensure water wasn't coming down the exhaust pipe. We've since pinpointed where the leak is and he will be back this week to fix it. Arron is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and listened to my concerns and ideas. Ashley the scheduler is so pleasant and helpful. I have used them periodically over the last 20 years and will continue to call them for any of my plumbing needs.

The Plumbing Joint was responsive and communicated well. The technician they sent out, Aaron, did a fantastic job. When the Utility was unable to take care of their part during the line replacement from the meter to my house, Aaron went the extra mile to make sure my family had water service while we waited (6 days as it turned out) for the Utility. I highly recommend The Plumbing Joint!

Good experience today. Had a nasty problem with a broken drain pipe below the kitchen, really weird thing to happen, down in the crawl space and up against the wall. I know a few basic plumbing fixes but this one stumped my amateur mind. Dakota came and sized it up right away. He knew just how to deal with it and had it done within an hour. I appreciate as well that he kept to the scheduled window and called me a half hour before arrival. Thanks guys!

Very positive experience from start to finish.

This was an emergency request of a broken pipe during the freeze in the afternoon of a Tuesday. I called to request a service based on the 7 x 24 hour promoted on the website. During the service request I didn’t think to ask when we might receive service. In the evening I called again twice. On the last call I was informed everyone had gone home. The next day I called and got a specific appointment window for Wednesday evening. On Wednesday we were informed service would arrive mid day. We were delighted to receive service in mid morning, which took less than 1/2 hour. Problem solved.

Fast, efficient, effective. Came in under quoted price (not low, still, but lower than quoted - can't complain!).

In the midst of our deep freeze, two technicians came within 24 hours to quickly fix a split pipe. Fast, professional, and explained everything. Great service!

LT - replaced my 16 yr old faucet and soap dispenser. He was super knowledgeable, professional and efficient! There’s no trip charge, and the office gives you an estimate over the phone, so you at least you have an idea of what it will cost! Can I get an Amen?

This is the second time I've called The Plumbing Joint and they once again provided great customer service. Today, we were getting an estimate on a new bathroom and updating some existing plumbing. Buddy, our technician, was on time, professional, and offered sage advice as we talked through our project. He said he would have our bid written up in the next couple of days. Regardless of who've I've spoken to at The Plumbing Joint, I have always experienced kind, real people who are looking to do their best for you.

The backflow test was done quickly. The service provider was polite careful and friendly to my dog. I will use this company again next year.

Helpful, accommodating, courteous, in office. Techs [Zachary & Trevor] arrived within 'window', notified on the way. They got right to work and labored steadily to correct the toilet clog, including camera view of clear, flowing pipe to septic tank. Minimum charge greater than expected, but in line with current practice. Apparently, a Trade is better than college for a good life. That's ok. P.S. Steve and Trevor called twenty minutes before they arrived, came during the promised window, and were friendly and professional. They were thoughtful in diagnosing the possible cause of my dripping water and proposed the least invasive step first as the likely culprit and best test to confirm the issue. They explained things thoroughly.

They came as scheduled. Not much to compare it to in terms of price. The quote matched the charge. They fixed the hot water heater fixture/piping issue. They sent a $50 off coupon in the mail that expired on 12/31/22. Thanks to the pen scratch added it now expires on 12/31/23. So to redeem this generous offer we have less than 3 weeks to request additional plumbing service.

Phone call and email that the technician was on their way! Showed up on time. Zac went right to work, addressed the issue with no wasted time. Cleaned up, went through all the charges labor and parts, very clean operation. I would highly recommend The Plumbing joint to others.
